9 Most Beautiful Albino Animals
People always believed white animals were special. Some claimed they had magical properties, and seeing such an animal was considered incredible luck or even the blessing of the gods. And this is not surprising, because there are not so many albinos out there. Natural selection is the reason for that: most often, because of their unusual color, white animals simply cannot survive for long in the wild. But the fact they are so rare makes them more valuable, and their unusual appearance makes them more precious. Do not believe us? Then take a look at the animals from our todays video.

Retired Woman Builds Her Own Tiny House for Affordable Living
Brigitte is an inspiring woman with a wonderful outlook on life. She built herself a tiny house with the help of a contractor and she has been living in it full-time for 5 years. She's a retired teacher who now grows and preserves a lot of her own fruits and vegetables, she carries her water into the house by hand, she gets around with an electric bike rather than a car, and she makes time for volunteering, book club, learning piano, friends and family, meditation, and more! The advantages of living in a tiny house, including her low cost of living, far outweigh any challenges she has faced. In fact, what an average person might see as a challenge, Brigitte finds a way to turn it into a positive. For example, shovelling snow to walk to the toilet in the morning is an opportunity for fresh air and exercise rather than an unpleasant part of daily life. Although she currently has a loft, her seating area can be converted into a bed if she ever decides she doesn't want to use the ladder anymore. Living in a tiny house as a retired woman hasn't limited her ability to enjoy her life, either. She's got a beautiful garden, she's an active part of her community, and she's one of the happiest people we've ever met. Thank you, Brigitte, for sharing so many delicious meals with us, for the great chats, and for taking the time to share your tiny house experience with us! And thank you for watching! Mat & Danielle

Jokerman | John Cruz | Playing For Change | Live Outside
We are happy to share a new video from our Live Outside series featuring John Cruz performing Bob Dylan's Jokerman. Filmed on the beautiful island of Oahu, Hawaii, we hope this soulful rendition touches your heart as much as it did ours. Turn it up and let the music take you to a peaceful place. Playing For Change is a movement created to inspire and connect the world through music, born from the shared belief that music has the power to break down boundaries and overcome distances between people. Our primary focus is to record and film musicians performing in their natural environments and combine their talents and cultural power in innovative videos we call Songs Around the World. Creating these videos motivated us to form the Playing For Change Band—a tangible, traveling representation of our mission, featuring musicians met along our journey; and establish the Playing For Change Foundation—a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to building music and art schools for children around the world. Through these efforts, we aim to create hope and inspiration for the future of our planet. Learn more: http://playingforchange.com

Having fun with Uniek and the young Friesian horses
Having fun with Uniek and the young Friesian horses I have to start slowly. Otherwise she will become too strong and will go very quickly. There we go. Playing with the horses. First slowly, later we will go faster. Horses always find other horses very interesting. They will be curious and follow. Horses always want to get back where they came from. The way home. See that Blondy Rialta is no longer in this group. Then let's gallop home quickly! Now I want to show you what it looks like when you're on Uniek. With the reins in one hand. And my phone in the other hand.

Engineering with Origami. Veritasium
On first glance it's surprising that origami -- a centuries old art of folding paper to achieve particular aesthetics -- is applicable to engineering. But upon closer consideration there are a lot of reasons methods developed for paper folding are also applicable to engineering: origami allows you to take a flat sheet of material and convert it to almost any shape only by folding. Plus for large flat structures, origami provides a way of shrinking dimensions while ensuring simply deployment - this is particularly useful for solar arrays in space applications. Furthermore, motions designed to take advantage of the flexibility of paper can also be used to form compliant mechanisms for engineering like the kaleidocycle. Since the principles of origami are scalable, mechanisms can also be dramatically miniaturized.
